Christine Bowen is a Primary Care Physician (PCP) with her training in Naturopathic Medicine. Naturopathic Medicine is a school of medicine that focuses on using the least harmful treatments (such as diet and lifestyle counseling), to correct illness. Naturopathic Doctors (ND’s) believe in finding and removing the root cause of illness.

The Bothell Natural Health Clinic was originally started by Dr. Helen Palmer well over 20 years ago. It was previously called Bothell Naturopathic Clinic. Dr. Palmer provided individualized treatments to her patients in the same location for much of her years in practice. Dr. Bowen transitioned into seeing Dr. Palmer’s patients (and new patients as well) beginning in January of 2007. After faithfully serving her patients for so many years, we were all shocked by the passing of Dr. Palmer in November 2006. Dr. Palmer’s husband, Rick Waling, selected Dr. Bowen to continue the traditions and care that were common in Dr. Palmer’s practice.

Dr. Bowen provides a broad spectrum of treatments for the whole family. She is well-versed in treating people of all ages and phases of life. Her approachability and openness create a safe space for judgment-free, healthcare and healing (resolution of health) to take place. Dr. Bowen believes that it is the simplest solutions that can make the largest impact on health. Please come in and share her passion for health through natural medicine.
